GyazMail

GyazMail offers a highly efficient solution for managing multiple email accounts, along with their contents. It supports all popular email services and it lets you work with several accounts at the same time, on the same user interface. It is an excellent alternative to opening browsers and logging into your accounts, one after another. It is available for Mac and PC and you can try it for free.

The application presents email accounts and their mail boxes as collapsible structures, on the left side of its user interface. The contents of a selected inbox, drafts folder or other elements are listed in the larger area on the right, where you can also preview them. A series of options can be found on a toolbar, which allow you to retrieve new messages from a selected account, compose new ones, reply, forward and so on.

New mail accounts can be set up in the application's general settings menu. For this, you have to know the SMTP and POP addresses of your mail service, as well as other details, including your login credentials. All you have to do is fill in this information in the appropriate input fields and the application will add your account to its database.

GyazMail lets you create your own folders, for each account, in which you can store your messages. Additionally, the application lets you set up various filters and rules, to help you find messages from specific people or with certain subjects instantly.
